Can I bring my own grip socks?
Absolutely! You can bring your own grip socks to use at the park, just be sure that the grips cover the bottom of the foot.

Can I bring my child’s friend without their parent or guardian?
Absolutely! You can bring other children without their parents accompanying you. However, if they are under the age of 18 years, they must have a waiver completed by their parent or guardian before check in.

Why do I need Safety Grip Socks?
We require all jumpers to wear grip socks to ensure that our park is safe and sanitary for everyone.
You are welcome to bring your own grip socks with you; grips must cover the majority of the bottom of the sock.
Don’t have your own grip socks? Xtreme Jump Socks are available at the check in counter for $3.00/pair; you only need to purchase these one time, and bring them with you when you come back to jump.

When is the best time to bring younger children?
The best time for younger children to come to the park is during the weekdays, when there is less traffic in the park.

Are there activities to keep my young child busy?
We have a variety of activities for all ages, including young children. Below are some of the areas that young children enjoy most at our park:

• Open Jump: This area is available for children 46” or above to jump freely at leisure.
• Kiddie Area: This area is available for children under 46”

Can I use a table in the party section if I didn’t book a party?
Friday to Sunday the tables in the Party Zone are designated for groups with party packages only. Due to a high volume of parties booked during these days, we are only able to offer table rental to party packages. If you would like access to a table in the Party Zone for your special occasion, table rental is available from Monday to Thursday without a party package booking.

How far in advance should I book a party?
We recommend that you book any large group or birthday party at least 2-3 weeks in advance, to allow you to book your preferred time.
We do accept last minute bookings, subject to availability.

Why do I need to make a deposit for my booking?
For large groups or party bookings we require a deposit to secure your booked time; you may pay a deposit on our website or in person. Deposits must be paid at the time you book your party. Your deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your balance owing for your party or group booking.
